Sign in (or continue as guest if enabled), choose the correct department, describe the issue, attach photos or video, and submit. You’ll receive a unique token to track the grievance.

Include exact location (landmark/street), a short clear description, date/time, and photos or short videos showing the problem. Evidence speeds up verification and action.

Our models analyse the grievance text and attached images to detect category, severity, hazards (e.g., exposed wires, deep potholes), and sentiment (urgent vs routine). The system then suggests a priority so officers can address the most critical issues first.

Time-to-resolution varies by department and priority. After submission you can track the grievancestatus using your token. High priority/urgent issues are routed to immediate action where possible; follow-up timelines appear in the grievance details.

You can file grievance as a registered user for better tracking and history. Some jurisdictions may also allow guest submissions — check the form. Registered users get notifications and a history of previous grievance.

Use the grievance page to request escalation or add comments. If unresolved, follow the escalation path shown in grievance details (escalation to senior officer / grievance cell). You may also contact support via the helpline listed in the footer.

We accept common image formats (JPEG/PNG) and short videos (MP4/WebM). Recommended max file size is listed on the upload form — compress large files before upload. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information in images.
